Named by SURFER Magazine as the nation's top surf town and stage host to the 2009 and 2010 Amgen Tour of California, the City of Santa Cruz supported by the Parks and Recreation Department and FOPAR, offers world class recreation year-round. With special events and seasonal programs, the need for funds can shift dramatically throughout the year. Your donation to the FOPAR General Fund will be applied to the program to benefit most.
