Scholarships enable youth and families experiencing financial hardship to access vibrant, enriching City of Santa Cruz youth programs and opportunities. Thanks to community support and individual donations, FOPAR is able to provide between 60 and 100 scholarships each year to support the health and well-being of local youth.
