Accomplishments

Senior Computer Center
Hundreds of local seniors enjoy access to computers and low-cost training thanks to FOPAR's Senior Computer Center at the Louden Nelson Community Center. Cutting-edge software, email access and volunteer techs help keep seniors in touch and on top of the latest technologies.

New Senior Trips!
Recently FOPAR was the honored recipient of a generous gift from the Margaret Nielson Trust. This significant contribution has created a brand new series of trips and tours for seniors which are listed in the Fall Activity Guide available now!

Summer Scholarships Awarded for 2007
More than $7,000 in scholarships were awarded this year thanks to generous contributions by Omega Nu, the JR Scott Memorial Fund, the Jay Moriarity Trust Fund and the James Yates Memorial Scholarships. Scholarship applications were made available in early spring and awarded in April for the summer season. Look for more information on future scholarships coming soon.
